Miley Cyrus Takes Over the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Last night, Miley Cyrus joined Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show to takeover for the evening- Panda suit and all.

Cyrus and Fallon hit the streets of NYC decked out in their “best disguises” (aka a brunette wig and cowboy hats) and headed to the subway station for an impromptu performance of “Jolene”. Fans quickly started to catch on taking videos and photos of the two. We’re curious if they thought Fallon was actually Billy Ray Cyrus at first with those front bangs. She finished strong with “Party in the USA” which ended in an enormous sing-a-long with the onlookers in the subway.

The two played a game involving singing lyrics straight from Google Translate where Cyrus gave a hilarious rendition of “Shape of You”. It was a performance Ed would have been proud of. Personally, we can’t get the lyrics “I like that cadaver” out of our heads.

The pair also sang translated versions of Rick James’ “Superfreak”, Dusty Springfield’s “Son of a Preacher Man,” and a duet of Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell’s “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”.

Rest assured! She didn’t leave without performing some of her newest material to close the show. Cyrus ended her takeover singing “Malibu” as well as her new single “Inspired”. We’re pretty sure 2017 Miley is the best thing to happen this year. What do you guys think? Comment below!
