“My Friend Dahmer” is the story of the notorious serial killer, Jeffery Dahmer.
The movie tells the story of Dahmer’s life before he became an infamous serial killer. Dahmer is is played by R5’s Ross Lynch. He’s portraying the awkward teenager struggling to make it through high school with his family life in chaos.
Dahmer’s life slowly spirals out of control. He fixates on a local jogger and thus begins the story of Jeffery Dahmer.
Marc Myers tells the true story of Jeffery Dahmer in high school as honestly as he can.The movie is based off of Derf Backderf’s critically acclaimed 2012 graphic novel called “My Friend Dahmer.”
The movie is set to release worldwide this fall, but it has already been viewed by an audience at the Tribeca Film Festival this past April.
