Yeah, you read that right. Our fav British heart-throb, Harry Styles, could play James Bond!!
Honestly, it wouldn’t be that much of a stretch since Christopher Nolan, who cast & directed Harry in his latest WWII drama, Dunkirk, is also the director of the infamous spy films. Lee Smith, editor of the last Bond film Spectre, and longtime friend of director Christopher Nolan, said in an interview with the Los Angeles Film Critics Awards that even though Harry made his acting debut in Dunkirk, you’d never know that was his first film. If they’re aiming for a younger Bond, Smith said, Harry’s “got it.”
Daniel Craig, the current Bond for the last four films, is only contracted to play Bond once more in a film set to be released sometime in late 2019, so his replacement would be expected to make his debut in 2022.
