Kesha celebrated the release of her highly anticipated album “High Road” on Thursday (Jan. 30) by greeting The Late Late Show audience with a trippy performance of her new single “Resentment” with a collaborator, Wrabel backing her up with soothing harmonies.

The performance was a little different than most. Kesha had the camera crew shoot her with a fisheye lens to give off a trippy feeling to the crowd. She walked across the screen plenty of times, which made her body appear bigger or smaller each time she moved.

She sang, “I don’t hate you, babe, it’s worse than that/’Cause you hurt me, and I don’t react/I’ve been building this thing up for months/Oh-oh-oh-oh, resentment.”

What an emotional and vulnerable chorus. Kesha is pouring her heart out immensely on this song and her latest album, High Road, which is now available on all streaming platforms.
