I’m Kristin Klingshirn, the newest member of The Bert Show! I’m a graduate of the University of Kentucky, a southern girl and a dedicated Wildcats fan through and through.

I have been working in radio since 2003. I started in Lexington, where I was born and raised, then went to Cincinnati, and later found my way to Raleigh, North Carolina.  Now my boyfriend and I are taking the next big step…moving to Atlanta, but no engagement here… yet!

My brother is a Marine and my father is a Vietnam Veteran, so I’m a proud supporter of the men and women of our Armed Forces. I’m also a big softy when it comes to animal rights and rescue shelters thanks to my two dogs, Parker Jones and Leeroy Brown.

A self proclaimed reality TV junkie, my DVR is always filled with Real Housewives or Dancing with the Stars episodes. These days I’m a big fan of Modern Family and Tosh.0.

In all my years in radio I’ve managed to be electrocuted, attacked by dogs, and tackled by rugby players, so I’m certainly not afraid to be one of the boys.  I’m extremely competitive, and I attribute that to playing sports all my life. I have a strong sense of family, friends and female independence.  Besides Johnny Depp, the only other thing that makes me weak in the knees is a fabulous pair of shoes!
